Accommodation

All of our rooms have private baths and are decorated with period antiques. They are filled with sun and summer breezes and have views of either the ocean or the charming downtown area. Most have private waterfront balconies. Please see the rate chart for more information.

High season is June 15-Sept 15. These rates do not include the RI Sales and Hotel tax of 13%, nor our 3% staff gratuity.

Inn Policies

• Due to the height of our exterior balconies, children must be 12 years of age or older.
• No pets permitted in the Inn.
• Cancellation policy:  Cancellation notice must be received at least 14 days in advance for a deposit refund, less a $25 processing fee.
• Check in is at 2pm and check out is at 11am.
  We are happy to hold your bags for the day so you can enjoy the island.  On the day of your departure, we can also offer you a bathroom to shower after the beach if you have a late ferry.
• 2 night minimum booking.
• 3 night minimum on holiday weekends
  (Memorial Day, Labor Day, and July 4th)
• Please call us to inquire about four night minimum midweek specials.
• 50% deposit due at the time of booking.
  Balance due upon arrival.
• We are a non-smoking inn.
  Smoking is permitted outside.
• Visa, MasterCard, American Express, travelers checks and cash accepted.
• All rooms are double occupancy with  the exception of room #7 which allows 3 guests.
• Please note that we are unable to
  provide parking.
